The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancies earmarked for the above mentioned communities but remains unfilled and also against vacancies that may arise due to the paucity of candidates belonging to SC & Hindu Nadar Community during the currency of the Ranked list published on 29.10.2014 for the post (Category No.043/11). Separate applications should be sent for each category.
Method of appointment
Direct Recruitment. ( From Candidates belonging to the SC & Hindu Nadar community respectively.)
Age Limit
(1) Scheduled Caste: 18-41. Only candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2002 (both dates are included - including relaxation at Para 2(i) of Part II General Conditions) are eligible to apply for this post. (2) Hindu Nadar: 18-39. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2002 (both dates are included – including relaxation at Para 2(i) of Para II General Conditions) are eligible to apply for this post. For other Conditions regarding the age relaxation please see part 2 of the General Conditions. (Except para 2(i). Note:- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years, please see para (2) of the General Conditions under part2, except para2(i) .
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Technology awarded by a University/Government after undergoing a regular course of study for not less than three years or its equivalent. In the absence of Candidates with in the prescribed qualifications, (1)Recognised Draftsman course certificate in Mechanical Engineering (2) 3 years experience as Draftsman in a Drawing office will also be considered.
Notes
Note: 1 Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 2 Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. 3 In the case of difference in original caste/ community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/ Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification. Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the Communities other than the above mentioned communities will be summarily rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection of their application will not be issued.
