Direct Recruitment. (Only from candidates belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava and Hindu Nadar communities).

22-48; Candidates must be born between 02/01/1975 and 01/01/2001 (both dates included). (Including the relaxation in para 2(i) of the General Conditions).

1. M.Ch/DNB (Genitourinary Surgery) OR M.Ch/DNB (Urology) 2. Permanent Registration with Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC) or Council of Modern Medicine.

1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. 2. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. 3. In the case of difference in original caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate at the time of certificate verification. 4. Candidates are advised to read the General Conditions given in Part II of the Gazette Notification. Applications submitted against the General Conditions will be rejected. 5. Candidates who are appointed in this post should serve for four (4) years in the Defence Services or in Defence related jobs in India or abroad within the first ten (10) years of their service (including training period). This mandatory military service is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age and those belonging to the differently abled category. 6. Applications of candidates not belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava and Hindu Nadar communities will be rejected. Individual rejection intimation will not be sent to such candidates. 7. Candidates must produce the printout of the application when required by the Commission. 8. Candidates must use their own profile for applying. Uploaded photo must be taken after 31/12/2013. Name of the candidate and the date of taking the photo must be clearly printed at the bottom of the photo. The uploaded photo will be valid for 10 years from the date of upload. 9. Candidates must produce Aadhaar Card as identity proof in their profile. 10. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will get the admission ticket.
