Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Muslim and Scheduled Caste communities only).
Age Limit
22-48; Candidates belonging to Muslim community born between 02/01/1975 and 01/01/2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. 22-50; Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community born between 02/01/1973 and 01/01/2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Note: The upper age limit is 50 years.
Qualifications
1. M.Ch/DNB (Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery) 2. Permanent Registration with Kerala State Medical Council (TCMS) or Council of Modern Medicine.
Notes
1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. 2. Candidates who claim equivalent qualifications instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification. 3. In the event of over-qualification, candidates should possess the prescribed qualification as the basic qualification. 4. Candidates appointed to the post shall serve for four years in the Defence Services or in jobs related to Defence Services in India or abroad within the first ten years of their service (including training period). This mandatory service is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age and those belonging to the differently abled category.
