Direct Recruitment from candidates belonging to the Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Scheduled Caste Community. Note:- Applications submitted by candidates other than Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Scheduled Caste community will be rejected. No individual rejection memo will be issued to such candidates.

22-48, (Only candidates who belong to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava community born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. (including the age relaxation in para 2(i) of the General Conditions) 22-50, (Only candidates born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post in the case of Scheduled Caste Community. (including the age relaxation in para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note: For other conditions regarding age relaxation subject to the condition that the maximum age limit in no case shall exceed 50 years, please see para (2) of the General Conditions except Para2(i).

1. M.Ch /DNB in Surgical Oncology 2. Permanent Registration Under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC)/ Council for Modern Medicine. Note:I 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 3. Those who are appointed in the post should serve for four (4) years during the first ten (10) years of their service (including the period of training) anywhere in India or anyother foreign country under Defence Services connected with Defence, if required. Differently abled candidates and those who have completed 45 years of age are exempted from the above compulsory Military Service.

(b) Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instructions given in the notification as Part II, General Conditions before submitting application for the post. (c) Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc.
