By-Transfer Recruitment

Upper age limit for appointment by transfer shall be 50 years as on the first day of January 2022.

1) Masters Degree with not less than 50% marks under the faculty of Humanities,Science,Commerce or languages from any statutory University established in India 2(a) M.Ed Degree with not less than 50% marks with specialization in Educational Technology or Information Technology or Computer Application or Audio Visual Education or Advanced Techniques in Education or Computer Education or Information and Communication Technology(ICT) in Education or Multi Media Technology from any statutory University established in India OR b)Any M.Ed Degree with not less than 50% marks from any statutory University established in India with Post Graduate Diploma or Diploma in any of the specialization subjects mentioned above item 2(a) from any institution recognized by the Government of Kerala. 3)Not less than three years regular teaching service as Teacher Educators in Teacher Training Institutes under the Government or as Primary Department Teacher or as High School Teacher or as Higher Secondary School Teacher or as Vocational Higher Secondary School Teacher in the Government Schools in Kerala

1. In the case of appointments by transfer, a ratio 2:1 shall be maintained from the Following two units, namely: i) Appointed as Teachers in Government Primary School and continuing service as a Teacher ii) Appointed as Teachers in Government Higher Secondary School, Vocational Higher Secondary School, High School and Teacher Educators in the Institutes of Teacher Education and continuing service as a Teacher 2. If qualified hands are not available in item number (i) of Note 1 above, the vacancies shall be filled up from item (ii) and vice versa. In the absence of qualified hands in both items (i) and (ii) above, the vacancies shall be filled up by direct recruitment 3. Candidates who apply for By-Transfer recruitment should obtain a service certificate in original in the form mentioned below from the Head of the institution in which they are working as Government Primary School/ High School/ Higher Secondary School/ Vocational Higher Secondary School Teachers or Teacher Educators in the Institutes of Teacher Education.They shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission 4. Rules of reservation provided under rules 14 to 17 of part II of KS & SSR 1958 are not applicable for By Transfer recruitment. 5. Candidates who have acquired Non-qualifying degrees viz. Ph.D/M.Phil/Post Doctoral Fellowship will be awarded weightage marks provided that such non-qualifying degrees shall be in the subjects pertaining to the basic qualification stipulated for the post. Weightage marks for non qualifying degrees for ranking will be awarded as detailed in the notification.
