District-wise - Scheduled Tribe - Idukki - 01 (One)

Direct Recruitment (from Scheduled Tribe candidates of Kerala State only). Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than Scheduled Tribe will be summarily rejected.

18-41; Candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2 (i) of the General Conditions). Note:- Chief among the conditions is that in no case the upper age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years except the conditions mentioned in Para 2 of the General Conditions (except Para 2(i)).

i) Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification. ii) Pass in Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government / Certificate Course in Homoeopathic Pharmacy conducted by the Government of Kerala or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. Note:- 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for this selection. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the Government Order proving equivalency at the time of OTR verification, to consider such qualification as equivalent.

(i) The vacancy reported now is present. A Ranked List so prepared will be published by the Commission for this district and shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post as detailed below or till the expiration of 3 years from the date of coming into effect of this NCA Ranked List whichever is earlier. (ii) Candidates belonging to the reservation community reported shall submit application for the district noted above and shall note the name of the district against the relevant column in the online application. (iii) This is the third NCA notification issued due to the non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the said community after the first NCA notification vide Category No. 113/2018 and second NCA notification vide Category No. 380/2019. (iv) In the case of difference in caste/community noted in the SSLC book and that entered in the online application, the candidate shall produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / Community Certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities and the original Gazette Notification regarding the change of caste/community at the time of verification, along with the One Time Registration. (v) The selection pursuant to this notification will be subject to the special conditions contained in G.O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A person appointed from the Ranked List prepared on district-wise basis shall not be transferred from one district to another for a period of five years from the date of commencement of regular service in the post. But after a period of five years, transfer from one district to another can be allowed subject to the rules in G.O (MS) No. 4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service in this department in any one district cannot submit application for this post pursuant to this notification. But they can submit application to higher posts when notified.
