18-36. Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Usual relaxation given to Other Backward Communities and Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes.

(1) Pass in 7th Standard (New) or equivalent qualification. (2) Not less than 5 years service in the Defence Forces.

(i) The vacancies reported are existing. The Ranked List published pursuant to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years, subject to the condition that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new list is published after the expiry of the one year period. Appointment from the list will be made for vacancies earmarked/reported during the validity of the list. (ii) Any recommendation of appointment will be liable for cancellation if it is found that the recommendation was made on wrong premises. The appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate if appointment recommendation is cancelled, but termination of service and probation, if any, shall be completed within 240 days from joining duty. (iii) Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post. Note: Persons who have been working as Provisional Employees in the said institution who were within the age limit at the time of their initial provisional appointment will be given upper age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service of up to a maximum of five years. This concession will not be available to those who are continuing in regular service in the institution. Those in provisional service should obtain and keep a certificate showing the period of service and produce it as and when required by the Commission. It should be specifically noted in the certificate that they were not working in regular service. (For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see Part II, General Conditions paragraphs 2(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (vi), (vii) and (xii) of the notification.) Note: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification to prove equivalence. Candidates should produce Gazette notification regarding caste difference if any between entries in SSLC book and actual caste claimed in application.
