District-wise Scheduled Tribe - Palakkad - 01 (One)

Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community of Kerala State only. In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community will be considered.) Note :- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to communities other than Scheduled Tribe / Scheduled Caste will be summarily rejected.

18-41; Candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions). Note :- For reasons other than those mentioned in para 2 (I) of the General Conditions, upper age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (Fifty) years.

i) Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification. ii) Pass in Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or Certificate in Homoeopathy Pharmacy course conducted by the Government of Kerala or equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. Note:- 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable for this selection. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the Government order proving equivalent qualification at the time of OTR Verification, if called for, to prove that the qualification is equivalent, failing which such qualification will not be treated as equivalent.

(i) The vacancy reported is now existing. Ranked lists published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against all the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post on the date given below against the district or 3 years from the date of publication of this NCA Ranked List whichever is earlier. Name of District: Palakkad | Date of publication of Ranked List: 18.09.2014 | Category Number: 462/2012 (ii) Candidates belonging to the above mentioned reservation community shall submit application for the district in which the vacancy is noted and shall note the name of the district against the relevant column in the online application. (iii) This is the fourth NCA notification issued due to the non availability of qualified candidates belonging to the said community after the publication of First NCA Notification as Cat. No. 459/2015, Second NCA Notification as Cat. No. 185/2017 and Third NCA Notification as Cat. No. 193/2018. (iv) Candidates who experience any difficulty in marking caste/community in the SSLC book, shall claim their correct caste/community in the application and produce Community Certificate issued by Revenue authorities and Gazette Notification regarding the change of caste/community at the time of verification associated with the selection process. (v) The selection pursuant to this notification will be subject to the rules framed under G.O.(MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971 corresponding to revenue districts. A person appointed to a post in a district wise cadre from the Ranked List prepared for the district is not transferable to another district till the completion of 5 years service from the date of commencement of service in the district. Even after 5 years transfer to another district is subject to the conditions contained in the G.O.(MS) No.4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates working in the same department in the same district in Government service are not eligible to apply for this notification. But they can apply for higher posts.
