B.Sc / B.Tech Degree in Engineering (Civil) of the Kerala University or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto OR Associate Membership Diploma of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering or any other Diploma recognized as equivalent thereto. OR Passing Sections A and B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering.

The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked to the above mentioned Community, but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 02.09.2013 for the post. This is the Ist NCA Notification published due to the non availability of candidates in the Rank List as per the notification published in the gazatte dated 30/11/2010 as Category No:366/2010. Applications of candidates belonging to Communities other than those mentioned in this notification will be summarily rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be sent to them. Before applying for the post, Candidates should register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' scheme through the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' . Those who have already registered can apply by logging into their profile using his/her User- ID and password. No application fee is required. Candidates can view, rectify defects and print the details in the Registration Card by clicking the link Registration Card after entering the home page. Candidates are responsible to ensure correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password and they shall quote the user ID for further communications with the Commission. At any stage of the selection process applications which are submitted not in accordance with the instructions given in the website, will be summarily rejected.
