18-48. Candidates born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.

1. Pass in SSLC. (Applications of candidates who have passed SSLC are not considered.) 2. Not less than 3 years of service experience in the Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force). 3. Cycling. 4. Must possess a valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicles.

i) The number of candidates to be included in the short list/probability list will be decided as per the availability of acceptable applications. ii) The vacancy mentioned above is currently existing. This notification is the second NCA notification due to the non-availability of candidates belonging to the Viswakarma community in the first NCA notification (Category No. 123/2020) published in the gazette on 15/09/2020. iii) The Kerala Public Service Commission reserves the right to cancel any advice for appointment if it is subsequently found to be incorrect. If the advice is cancelled, the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate. However, such cancellation and termination must be within the probation period or within 240 days of joining duty, whichever is earlier. - Women and differently-abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post. - Note (1): Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. - Note (2): Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. - Note (3): Candidates claiming caste/community in the application which differs from the SSLC book must produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate along with the Gazette notification regarding the change of caste at the time of certificate verification. - Note (4): KPSC Rules of Procedure, Rule 22 is applicable for candidates who submit false claims regarding education, experience, etc., and fail to appear for the exam after providing confirmation.
