B.Tech. Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a UGC recognized University/National Institutes established by the Central Government or Institution established by Government of Kerala. OR Pass in Sections A & B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil/Mechanical Engineering and they should have worked in any of the lower categories included under Kerala Water Authority Technical Special Rules, 2023 or Kerala Water Authority (Administrative, Ministerial and Last Grade) Service Rules, 2011 for a minimum period of eight years. 1) The vacancies earmarked for Direct Recruitment from among the in-service personnel working in the Kerala Water Authority shall be filled up by such eligible candidates who possess the prescribed educational qualifications for the post for direct recruitment and have rendered at least three years service in the Kerala Water Authority. 2) In the absence of eligible candidates, the vacancies will be filled up from the Ranked List prepared for Direct Recruitment to the above post. 3) Reservation provided under Rules 14 to 17 of Part II, KS&SSR is not applicable. 4) Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 5) The probation period is applicable as per the provisions of the Special Rules of the Kerala Water Authority. 6) Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. 7) No application fee is required. 8) Candidates who have Aadhaar Card should add Aadhaar Card as ID proof in their profiles. 9) If Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profiles.
