Recruitment By Transfer from the low paid employees, viz Record Keeper, Driver-cum-Office Attendants, Binder, Reprographic Operator, Office Attendant, Lab Attendant, Office Attender& Watcher in the Kerala State Pollution Control Board.

18-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. The other conditions for age relaxation are not applicable for this selection.

1. Pass in Plus 2 or equivalent qualification 2. Lower Grade Certificate in Type writing English (KGTE) & Computer Word Processing or its equivalent. 3. Lower Grade Certificate in Type writing Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent. Note:- Those who have passed KGTE Typewriting before January 2002 should possess separate certificate in Computer Word Processing or its equivalent on or before the last date for receipt of application.

Note:- (i) The above vacancies are now in existence.The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in pursuance to this Notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of One year and a maximum period of three years provided that the list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List is published after the minimum period of one year. Candidates will be advised against the vacancy shown above and for all the vacancies reported during the period of pendency of the Ranked list. (ii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. (i) The rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the Rule 14 to 17 of Part II of the Kerala State & Subordinate Rules, 1958 are not applicable to appointment By Transfer. (ii) Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. (iii) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to the qualification specified for the post in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquistion of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the commission. (iv) The candidates should possess all the required qualifications, as specified in the rules, on the actual date of occurrence of vacancy. (v) The candidates who apply for By Transfer Recruitment shall produce a service certificate in original in the form prescribed below and the same shall be uploaded in their profile and the original shall be produced at the time of certificate verification. Probation: Any person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a period of two year on duty within a continuous period of three years.
