Direct recruitment from among the employees of member societies affiliated to the Kerala Kerakarshaka Sahakarana Federation Limited (KERAFED) who have 3 years of regular service and possess the prescribed qualifications.
Age Limit
18-50. Candidates must be born between 02/01/1973 and 01/01/2005 (both dates included).
Qualifications
(1) Must be a permanent employee of a member society affiliated to the Kerala Kerakarshaka Sahakarana Federation Limited (KERAFED) with at least 3 years of regular service and must be in service of the member society on the date of application and date of appointment. (2) Must have passed 7th standard or equivalent qualification. (3) Must possess a valid Driving License for Light Duty Vehicles and Heavy Duty Vehicles with 3 years of experience. (The driving license must be valid at all stages of selection, i.e., last date of application, written test date, practical test date, interview date, and appointment date). If the license was issued after 16.01.1979, it must have specific authorization to drive Heavy Goods/Passenger vehicles. (4) Medical Fitness: (i) Hearing: Perfect hearing. (ii) Eye: (Both eyes) Distant vision: 6/6 Snellen, Near vision: 0.5 Snellen, Colour vision: Normal, Night blindness: Should not have. (iii) Muscles and Joints: No paralysis, all joints must have free movements. (iv) Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from infectious diseases.
Notes
i) The vacancies are currently for the society category. Future vacancies will be filled in a 1:1 ratio from General (Part I) and Society (Part II) categories. The first vacancy belongs to the General category. Reservation rules as per KS&SSR 1958 (Rules 14-17) will be followed. ii) The rank list will be valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. If a new rank list is published after one year, the current one will cease to be valid. iii) Appointments are subject to rotation. If there is a shortage of candidates in the Society category, vacancies will be filled from the General category and will not be returned to the Society category. iv) Selection is at the state level. 5. Probation: Two years of service within a continuous period of three years from the date of joining. Note (1): Candidates must pass the 'T' Test to be eligible for the Road Test. Note (2): Medical certificate regarding physical fitness from an Assistant Surgeon and vision certificate from an Ophthalmologist in government service must be produced when required by the Commission.
