18-36; Candidates should be born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Note: Provisional employees working in the institution are eligible for age relaxation up to the duration of their provisional service, subject to a maximum of 5 years. This benefit is not available to those who have already secured regular employment. Candidates must obtain a certificate showing the duration of service from the institution and produce it when required by the Commission. The certificate must explicitly state that they were not working in a regular service. (For other age relaxation conditions, refer to Part 2, Paragraph 2 (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (vi), (vii), & (xii) of the general conditions).

Mate's Competency Certificate (Metalliferous) obtained as per the Mines Act.

1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. 2. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 3. In case of difference in caste/community claimed in the application and that recorded in the SSLC book, the candidate must produce a Gazette notification regarding the change along with the Non-Creamy Layer/Caste certificate at the time of certificate verification. 4. Candidates who provide false claims regarding education, experience, etc., and fail to appear for the examination after giving confirmation, will face disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure 1976. 5. Candidates must apply through 'One Time Registration' on the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. 6. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31.12.2011 with the name and date of taking the photo clearly recorded at the bottom. The photo is valid for 10 years. 7. No application fee is required. 8. Candidates must take a printout of the application from the registration card. 9. Candidates must provide confirmation for the examination through their profile within the specified time limit. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the application. 10. Candidates with Aadhaar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile. 11. General conditions in Part 2, Paragraph 2 (v), (viii), (ix), (x), (xi), (xiii), & (xiv) and Paragraph 5(a), 7 are not applicable to this post. 12. Appointment will be subject to the rules and regulations of the institution as amended from time to time.
