Direct Recruitment, By Transfer appointment from Nurses, Pharmacists, Clerks working in the Homoeopathy Department are allotted in the ratio 5:1:1:1. This vacancy is for By Transfer appointment from Nurses working in the Homoeopathy Department. If qualified candidates are not available in the Transfer category on the date of occurrence of vacancy, such vacancies will be given to the General Category and such lost vacancies will not be reclaimed subsequently. Transfer appointments are not subject to reservation rules. The recommendation of the candidate for appointment will be strictly based on the seniority in the rank list. The rank list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall cease to be in force after one year from the date on which it is brought into force or after three years, whichever is earlier. But a new rank list will not be published if a rank list is in force after one year, from that date this notification will cease to have effect. Vacancies arising during the currency of the list will be filled up from this list for appointment by transfer as and when vacancies are reported.

1. Degree in Homoeopathy from any of the Universities in Kerala or equivalent thereto recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala or the Government of Kerala or included in the Schedule - II of the Homoeopathic Central Council Act 1973. 2. Compulsory Internship/House Surgeoncy completed successfully. 3. 'A' Class Registration in the Travancore-Cochin Medical Council. 4. Should be an Approved Probationer or Full Member in the post of Nurse (Homoeo) in the Homoeopathy Service. Note :- (a) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a) (ii) is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications, experience, technical requirements, and certificates specified in executive orders, standing orders, or special rules issued by the Government as equivalent to the notified educational qualifications, or higher qualifications than the basic qualifications, are acceptable. Equivalent qualifications/higher qualifications regarding Government orders should be produced as and when required by the Commission. (b) A Service Certificate in the format given below obtained from the Head of Department should be uploaded at the time of submission of application and the original of the Service Certificate should be produced at the time of verification. Applications without this will be rejected.

(i) Candidates shall apply only through One Time Registration on the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission viz. www.keralapsc.gov.in. Before applying, candidates must register as per One Time Registration through their profile. Candidates who have registered can log in with their User ID and password to apply. The photograph uploaded should be taken on or after 31.12.2013. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be clearly printed at the bottom of the photograph. The uploaded photograph will have a validity of 10 years from the date of uploading. No other changes are allowed in the application. Password generated should be kept secretly and personal information should be correct. Candidates should make sure of the correctness of the information in their profile before applying for each post. Correspondence with the Commission regarding User ID should be specifically noted. Once the application is submitted, it is provisional and cannot be modified or deleted after the last date fixed for receipt of applications. Candidates should take a soft copy/print out of the application from their profile for future use. Candidates must also submit a print out of the application along with other communications with the Commission. Applications that are found to be in contravention of the notification rules will be summarily rejected at any stage of selection. Educational qualifications, experience, caste, age and other certificates must be produced as and when required by the Commission. Corrections made by the candidates themselves in the profile after the last date or corrections made by the Commission's office through office order will not be reflected in the application. Changes resulting from such corrections will be effective only from the date of making the corrections. (ii) If written/OMR/Online test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Such candidates can download Admission Tickets 15 days up to the date of test. Applications of candidates who fail to submit confirmation within the stipulated time will be summarily rejected. The periods regarding the submission of confirmation and the dates of availability of Admission Tickets will be published in the Examination Calendar. Information regarding this will be given in the profile of the candidates and through SMS. (iii) Candidates who have Aadhar Card should enter it as ID proof in their profile. Special Instructions to Candidates: (a) If the caste/community claimed in the application differs from the entry in the SSLC Book, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Caste Certificate along with the Gazette Notification regarding change of caste should be produced at the time of certificate verification. (b) Candidates should carefully read and understand the general conditions in Part II of the Gazette Notification before submitting the application. Applications submitted in violation of general conditions will be rejected. (c) Candidates who submit false/bogus claims regarding educational qualification, experience, etc. are liable to be disqualified as per Rule 22 of the KPSC Rules of Procedure, debarred from sending applications to KPSC or participating in practical tests, having their answer scripts/products invalidated, or subject to other disciplinary/legal actions.
