Age Limit
18-36. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Usual relaxation in upper age limit is applicable to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities. [For other age relaxation conditions, see Part-2 of the General Conditions in the notification].
Qualifications
Degree in Library Science.
Notes
Note: (a) KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. (b) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. (c) In case of difference in caste/community claimed in the application and that in the SSLC book, the candidate must produce a Non-Creamy Layer/Caste Certificate along with a Gazette notification regarding the name change at the time of verification. (d) 3% of vacancies are reserved for eligible Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment candidates as per G.O.(P)No.1/2013/SJD dated 03.01.2013. Blindness/Low vision candidates are not eligible for this post. (e) Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be allowed to download the admission ticket. (f) Candidates must provide Aadhaar card details in their profile.
