Direct Recruitment from in service personnel from Kerala Land Development Corporation Limited Note: The persons appointed through employment exchange or otherwise and working on temporary basis are not eligible to apply for the post in response to this notification

Upper age limit is not applicable for this post. Note(i) The rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the Rule 14 to 17 of Part II of the Kerala State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1958 are not applicable to the appointment in response to this notification. (ii) The candidate who apply for in-service quota recruitment should produce a Service Certificate in original in the form prescribed below and the same shall be uploaded in their profile and the original shall be produced at the time of certificate verification.

(i) B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering /Agricultural Engineering or its equivalent from UGC/AICTE recognized Universities/National Institutes established by the Central Government or Institutions established by Government of Kerala. OR Pass in section A & B of the Associate Membership Examination of Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering AND (ii) They should have worked as Draftsman/Overseer for a total period of not less than 3 years in the Corporation and for those belonging to any other lower category, should have worked under these rules -Administrative , Technical, Ministerial and Last Grade Service – for a total period of not less than 4 years .

Note: (1) Rule 2(9) of Part I and Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR are applicable. (2) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualification which pre–suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. (3) The ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said ranked list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new ranked list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. (4) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advise was made under some mistake. (5) Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. (6) Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as ID proof in their profiles. (7) If Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidate shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profiles. (8) Special Instructions for Candidates regarding Caste/Community claims, general conditions, and disciplinary action for bogus claims.
