By Transfer from qualified Last Grade Employees who are approved probationers in the initial appointment.

18-50 “Only candidates born between 02.01.1964 and 01.01.1996 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post”. In no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 years.

1. Degree of a recognized University. 2. DCA (6 months course) from an institution approved by the Government.

(i) The number of candidates to be included in the Short List/Probability List of the above post will be decided as per the availability of admitted applications. (ii) The above vacancies are now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in pursuance of this Notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of One year and a maximum period of three years provided that list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List after the minimum period of expiry of one year is published. Candidate will be advised against the vacancies shown above and for 10% of the vacancies reported during the period of pendency of the Ranked list. (iii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidates to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advise was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made with in the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. (a) 10% of the vacancies will be reserved for suitable and qualified Last Grade Employees of the Corporation who secure not less than 40% (Forty percent) marks in the competitive test conducted by the KPSC and shall be advised on merit basis. (b) The applicants should obtain a certificate from the Head of Office showing their service particulars in the form given below and produce the same as and when required by the Commission. (c) The rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the rules 14 to 17 of part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1958 are not applicable to appointment By transfer. Note : Rule 10 (a) ii of part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
