Qualifications
1) Graduation from a recognised University 2) a) Higher Grade Examination in Malayalam Typewriting (KGTE) b) Higher Grade Examination in Malayalam Shorthand(KGTE)
Notes
Note:- In the absence of candidates with prescribed qualifications, graduate candidates with pass in Lower Grade Examination Malayalam Short Hand(KGTE) and Lower Grade Examination in Malayalam Typewriting (KGTE) will also be considered. The appointment of candidates so selected will be temporary and they will not be eligible for increment till they acquire the prescribed qualifications for the post. Note : Rule 10 (a) ii of part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
