Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community of Kerala State only.) Note: Applications submitted by candidates other than the above-mentioned community will be summarily rejected without any notice.

18-41; Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. [Including the relaxation in para 2 (I) of the General Conditions] Note: The upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years, subject to the condition that the upper age limit is relaxed as per Part II General Conditions (Para 2). (Except Para 2 (I))

i) S.S.L.C passed or equivalent qualification. ii) Must have passed the Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala / Certificate in Homoeopathy Pharmacy conducted by the Government of Kerala / Equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. Note: 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for this selection. 2. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of the qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of OTR verification, then only such qualification will be treated as equivalent.

i) The vacancy is currently in existence. A separate Ranked List will be prepared for the district in pursuance of this notification. The Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission, shall remain in force for a minimum period of three years or until the candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, whichever is earlier. ii) Candidates belonging to the above-mentioned reservation community shall submit the application to the district mentioned above and shall note the name of the district in the specified column of the application. iii) This is the third NCA notification issued as qualified candidates from the said community were not available for the first NCA notification (Cat No. 120/2018) and second NCA notification (Cat No. 365/2020). iv) In case of any change in caste/community mentioned in the SSLC book, candidates must produce the original caste certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities and the Gazette notification regarding the change in caste/community at the time of OTR verification. v) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A person appointed to this post in a district from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district for five years from the date of commencement of service. After five years, if a transfer is allowed, it will be subject to the rules in G.O (MS) No. 4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in government service in the same post in any district are not eligible to apply for this notification. However, they can apply for higher/lower posts. - Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2012. For new registrations, the photo must be taken within the last six months. The name of the candidate and the date of taking the photo must be clearly printed at the bottom of the photo. - Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. - Candidates must produce the print out of the application during correspondence with the Commission. - If any written test/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must confirm their participation through their OTR profile. Only those who confirm will be able to download the admission ticket. - Candidates must provide their Aadhar card as an identity document in their profile.
