18-36. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Other backward communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.
Qualifications
(1) MBA (Marketing) degree from a recognized University/Institution.
OR
(2) BBA degree from a recognized University and two years experience in Marketing division of a Government/Quasi-Government establishment or a registered private company.
Notes
1. The rank list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new rank list is published before the expiry of the minimum period, the current list will expire. Appointments will be made from the list for the vacancies reported during the validity period.
2. If any advice for appointment is found to be based on false information, the Kerala Public Service Commission has the power to cancel the advice and the appointing authority shall terminate the service. However, such cancellation and termination must occur within the probation period or within 240 days of joining, whichever is earlier.
3. Probation: Candidates appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of two years within a continuous service period of three years from the date of joining.
4. Rule 10(a)ii of KS&SSR Part II is applicable.
5. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification.
6. If the caste/community claimed in the application differs from the SSLC book, a Gazette notification regarding the change must be produced at the time of verification.
7. Application fee is not required.
8. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2011 with the name and date of taking the photo clearly marked at the bottom. The photo is valid for 10 years.
9. Candidates must take a printout of the application for future use.
10. Confirmation for written/OMR/online exams is mandatory. Only those who provide confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket.
