Method of appointment
Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, S.C.C.C., Hindu Nadar communities of Kerala State only). Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those notified will be summarily rejected.
Age Limit
1) Scheduled Caste: 18-41 - Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) [including the relaxation as per Para 2 (i) of the General Conditions]. 2) Converts to Christianity from Scheduled Castes (S.C.C.C.): 3) Hindu Nadar: 18-39 - Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included). Note:- As per condition that the upper age limit shall be 50 (Fifty) years, relaxations are available under General Conditions Part II of this notification.
Qualifications
(i) S.L.S.C. Pass or its equivalent. (ii) Certificate of Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) or Certificate of Pharmacist Course (Homoeo) / Equivalent qualification recognized by Government of Kerala, after successfully completing the course.
Notes
(i) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable for this selection. (ii) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of the Government as equivalent to a prescribed qualification, or the qualifications specified in Special Rules shall be accepted. Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced at the time of interview/verification. (iii) Candidates should produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate along with Gazette notification for change of caste in case of discrepancy between community in application and SSLC book. (iv) Candidates must read Part II of the General Conditions before submitting the application.
