18-43.Only candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2006 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this (Including para 2(i) of the general conditions. Note:-For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (Fifty) years, please see para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of this Notification. (Except para 2(i) ).

1) A Degree in the concerned subject and B.Ed/BT in the concerned subject both conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. (Concerned subjects are specified in Note (iii) below. ) 2) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. 3) (i) Must have passed SSLC/Plus Two/Pre-Degree with Tamil as I or II Language. OR (ii) A Pass in Degree or Post Gradudation in Tamil Language. In the absence of qualifications referred in(i) and (ii) above its equivalent shall also be considered.(GO(P) No.166/16/G.Edn Dted 30.9.2016).

1. Candidates shall apply online only by One Time Registration to www.keralapsc.gov.in . 2. Application submitted by candidates belonging to the community other than those notified will be summarily rejected. 3. The above vacancy is now in existence. The NCA Ranked list published as per this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancies earmarked for the above mentioned community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates belonging to the above mentioned community during the currency of the Ranked List published on 25.01.2019 for the post (Cat. No. 012/14). This is the Second NCA notification issued due to the non-availability of qualified candidates after the issuance of the First NCA notification as Cat No.750/2022. 4. Candidates belonging to above reservation community shall submit application for the post to the District, where the vacancy is existing and should note the name of the district against the relevant column of the online application. 5. The selection in pursuance of the notification will be made on a revenue district basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS)No.154/71/PD,dated 27.5.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue district from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O.(Ms)No.4/61/PD, dated 2.1.1961. Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher posts when notified.
