Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to SIUC Nadar,Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity,Hindu Nadar Reservation Communities of Kerala State only) Note: Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those belonging to the SIUC Nadar,Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity,Hindu Nadar Communities will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

18-39 . Only Candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions). In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 41 years.ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years, please see para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of this Notification (except para 2(i)).

(a) General (i)A pass in Pre-Degree or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks or B grade in Science subjects. Relaxation of 5% marks to Socially and Educationally Backward communities who come under the purview of G.O (P) No.208/66/PD dated 21-05-1966 and subsequent orders/amendments. (ii)SSLC or equivalent for Ex-servicemen who have passed Class I Blood Transfusion Assistant Test and have put in not less than 15 years service in the Armed Forces. (b) Technical A pass in one year Medical Laboratory Technician's Training Course conducted by the Medical Colleges in Kerala or by the Public Health Laboratory,Thiruvananthapuram or any qualification equivalent there to. Note:- In the case of persons who have completed Degree course in Science,'B' Grade in Pre-degree examination will not be insisted. Note:- (i) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. (ii) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government Orders during OTR verification to prove that the qualification claimed is equivalent to the presribed qualification for the post.

(i) Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for the above Districts in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above communities but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked Lists published for the post in the above districts or for three years from the date of publication of the NCA Ranked List whichever is earlier. (ii) The Candidates belonging to the above reservation communities shall submit application for the post to the above Districts where the vacancy is existing and note the name of that district against the relevant column in the online application. (iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O (MS) No.4/61/PD, dated 2.1.1961. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher posts when notified. (iv) In case of change in caste/community noted in the SSLC Book, candidate must claim their original caste/community in the application and shall produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities and the gazette notification publishing the change of caste/community at the time of OTR verification for selection to the above post.
