18-36; [Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates. (For other conditions regarding the age relaxation please see Part II, Para 2 of the General Conditions of the Gazette notification.)

1. Pass in Plus Two. 2. Pass in two year Diploma in Radiological Technology (DRT) conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education or its equivalent recognized by Government of Kerala. OR Pass in three year Diploma in Radiodiagnosis & Radio Therapy Technology (DRRT) conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education or its equivalent recognized by Government of Kerala. OR Pass in B.Sc. MRT degree or its equivalent from a recognized university and approved by Kerala State Paramedical Council and Atomic Regulatory Board. 3. Registration with Kerala Paramedical Council.

Note 1 :- The Ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will also be advised from the said list against the vacancies that may be reported to the Commission during the period of the currency of the list. Note 2 :- 4% of the total vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible differently abled candidates with disabilities as specified vide G.O.(P) No.5/2024/SJD dated 07.02.2024 and G.O.(P) No.14/2024/SJD dated 29.10.2024. (a) Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. (b) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in case where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.
