Part Time High School Teacher (Urdu)

District-wise: Malappuram - 01 (One)

Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community only). In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community, candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community will be considered.

18-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (For other conditions regarding age relaxation, refer to Part 2 of the General Conditions, excluding para 2(i)).

1) A Degree in Urdu and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. OR A Title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such Title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of a Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. 2) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemptions: 1. Candidates who have acquired CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D in the relevant subject or M.Ed in any subject are exempted from acquiring K-TET qualification (G.O. (P) No. 145/16/G.Edn. dated 30.08.2016, G.O. (P) No. 206/16/G.Edn. dated 08.12.2016, G.O.(P)No.15/2020/G Edn dated 9.10.2020). 2. As per the government circular 1866829/J3/2017/G.Edn dated 09.03.2018, CTET will be accepted instead of KTET for Category III and IV, provided that CTET Primary Stage is passed for KTET Category I and CTET Elementary Stage is passed for KTET Category II.

Notes: (i) Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in after One Time Registration. Applications submitted otherwise will be summarily rejected. (ii) Applications submitted by candidates not belonging to the notified reservation community will be rejected without any notice. No rejection memo will be sent to such candidates. (iii) A rank list will be prepared for Malappuram district. The rank list thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the rank list, or for three years from the date of publication of the rank list, whichever is earlier. (iv) Selection is district-wise. (v) Candidates should submit applications to Malappuram district only and note the district name in the appropriate column. (vi) If the caste claimed in the application is different from the caste recorded in the SSLC book, the candidate must produce a Gazette notification and a caste certificate/non-creamy layer certificate from the Revenue authorities at the time of verification. (vii) KS & SSR part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable to this post. (viii) Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications should produce the government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. (ix) Special concessions regarding age limit and appointment for wives of Jawan, First Class Scouts and Guides, and Nursery/Primary school teachers are applicable as per government orders.
