Direct Recruitment.

22-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. (For other conditions regarding age relaxation please see Para 2 of Part II General Conditions of the Gazette notification.)

(I) Essential Qualification (A) Recognised Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy AND (B) Not less than five years of teaching experience in the subject concerned as an Associate Professor or not less than ten years of regular teaching experience in the subject concerned in a recognised Homoeopathic Medical Institution. (C) Must have published two original publications as Principal author or co-author in indexed or peer reviewed Journal. (II) Desirable Qualification : (A) Experience of not less than five years as supervisor or guide for post-graduate programme in homoeopathy. AND (B) Administrative experience of not less than three years in a homoeopathic medical college or hospital. (C) Research Experience in a research institution recognised by the concerned university and or the State Government or Central Government or the Union Territory Administation in a project registered with Clinical Trial Registry – India.

i. Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. ii. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. iii. Candidates must upload experience certificate at the time of submission of application itself. Otherwise the application will be rejected. Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have AADHAAR Card should add AADHAAR as ID Proof in their profile. In the case of difference in Caste/Community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette Notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification. Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc.
