(1) BA/BSc/BCom Degree from any Recognised University or its equivalent (2)Post Graduate Degree in Social Science recognised by Government.

(I) The number of candidates to be included in the short list/Probability list will be decided in accordance with the application admitted for the above post. (ii)The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked to the above mentioned community, but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidate and further such vacancy that may occur during the currency of the ranked list published on 25.06.2012 for the post. (iii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the service of any of the institutions under its purview if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate,provided that the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made with in the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. Note:- Applications of candidates belonging to communities other than OBC Community will be summarily rejected.Individual rejection memo will not be sent to them.
