1. Degree in Modern Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification. 2.Valid Registration with Travancore - Cochin Medical Council.

1. The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked list published by the Commission in response to this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancies earmarked for Viswakarma community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the ranked List published on 28.06.2017 for the post (Category No:547/2014, Gazette date:26.12.2014). 2. Those who are appointed in the post should serve for four (4) years during the first ten (10) years of their service (including the period of training) anywhere in India or any other foreign country under defence service or services connected with defence, if required. Those who have completed forty five years of age and differently abled are exempted from the above compulsory military service. 3. As per GO(P)No.61/12/SWD dated 17.10.2012 differently abled candidates with Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy, Hearing Impairment are identified as suitable for appointment to this post. Hence differently abled candidates with Blindness/Low vision are not eligible to apply for this post. 4. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualifications shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification. 5. In the case of difference in original caste / community claimed in the application and that entered in S.S.L.C book the candidates shall produce a Gazette Notification in this regard along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate / Community Certificate at the time of Gazette Notification. 6. Rule 10 a (ii) of part II KS & SSR is applicable. 7. If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation on writing the examination through their One Time Registration. Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets in the last 15 days till the date of Test. The applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected absolutely. Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rules of Procedure Rule 22 shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc and submit confirmation for writing the examination, irrespective of whether they are present or absent for the examination. 8. Candidates who have AADHAR Card should add AADHAR as ID Proof in their profile.
