22-40. Only candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. (1) A Postgraduate Degree in Homoeopathy recognized by the Central Council of Homoeopathy and included in the Second Schedule of Homoeopathy Central Act.1973 (Central Act 59 of 1973). (2) 4 years teaching experience in the concerned subject in any of the recognized Homoeopathy Medical Colleges, in Kerala or recognized Government Homoeopathic Medical Colleges in any other States. (3) Permanent registration with Travancore Cochin Medical Council. Desirable:- (a) Experience as Supervisor/Co-Supervisor or Guide/Co-Guide for Postgraduate Course in Homoeopathy. b) Research Experience in a research institution recognized by concerned University or State Government or Central Government. c) Original Publication in research.

1. Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 2. Post Graduate Degree mentioned in Qualification No. 1 is the PG Degree acquired after three year regular attendance. 3. In subjects namely Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry, Pathology and Microbiology, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Practice of Medicine, and Community Medicine in the absence of qualified hands having requisite qualification as mentioned in Qualification 1, the candidates who hold Post graduate Degree in Homoeopathy shall be qualified to be appointed in the respective subject in the respective category 4. The teaching experience in the concerned subject of persons appointed as regular teaching staff in the colleges prior to Notification No. 12-10/2000-CCH (Pt. III) dated 8th March. 2013 of the Homoeopathy Central Council (Minimum Standards Requirement of Homoeopathic Colleges and attached Hospitals) Regulations, 2013 fulfilling the prescribed requirements of Homoeopathy (Minimum Standards of Education) Regulations, 1983 shall be counted for appointment of teachers as per Schedule 4 of Homoeopathy Central Council (Minimum Standards requirements of Homoeopathic Colleges and attached Hospitals) Regulations, 2013. 5. The teaching experience of a teacher in a subject shall be the teaching experience counted for that subject only. 6. Candidates must upload experience certificate at the time of submission of application itself. Otherwise the application will be rejected. The certificate to prove experience shall be in the format given in the notification.
