(i) Post Graduate Degree (MDS in Pedodontics) in Pedodontics from any University recognized by the Dental Council of India. (ii) Permanent Registration under State Dental Council. (iii) Three years Teaching Experience. Note: 1. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. 2. The period of post graduate study of candidates who got PG degree through Residency Programme shall be counted as teaching experience for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor. Candidates who obtained PG degree without Residency Programme should produce a certificate from the Principal of the college where he/she studied stating that he/she has obtained teaching/clinical experience during the PG study period. 3. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in terms of law prevailing on the date of application for the post will be accepted. The Government Orders regarding equivalent qualification/experience shall be produced along with the certificate by the candidates as and when required by the Commission. 4. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as essential qualification to the concerned post. 5. In the case of difference in caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce Gazette notification in support of the claim at the time of certificate verification.
