18 – 36. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). SC/ST/OBC/Widows are eligible for usual age relaxation.
Qualifications
1. Degree in any subject from a UGC recognized University or from a Government of India/Kerala recognized institution. 2. Typewriting English (Higher) KGTE/MGTE. 3. Shorthand English (Higher) KGTE/MGTE.
Notes
i) The Ranked list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new ranked list is published before the expiry of the minimum period of one year, the existing list will cease to be in force. Vacancies reported during the validity of the list will be filled from this list. ii) Any recommendation for appointment made by the Commission is liable to be cancelled if it is found to be incorrect later. The appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate immediately if the recommendation is cancelled. However, such cancellation and termination shall be within the period of probation or 240 days of duty, whichever is earlier. iii) K.S. & S.S.R Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. iv) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. v) In case of difference in caste noted in SSLC book, candidates must produce the caste certificate/non-creamy layer certificate and relevant gazette notification at the time of verification. vi) Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. Print out can be taken from 'My applications' link in the profile. vii) If any application is found to be against the notification conditions, it will be rejected summarily. viii) Candidates must produce original documents when required by the Commission. ix) If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must provide confirmation through their profile. Only those who provide confirmation can download the admission ticket 15 days before the exam date. Failure to provide confirmation will lead to summary rejection of the application. x) Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure will be taken against candidates who make false claims regarding qualification/experience in the application and participate or abstain from the exam after providing confirmation.
