20-49. Candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Other age relaxation as per General Conditions.

1) Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject from any University in Kerala or from any other University recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. 2) 'A' Class permanent registration from Travancore Cochin Medical Council (Council of Indigenous Medicine).

1) Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject is mandatory for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor. 2) In the absence of candidates with Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject, Post Graduate Degree in the concerned subject prescribed by the Central Council of Indian Medicine from time to time will be accepted. 3) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 4) If the caste/community claimed in the application differs from the SSLC book, a Gazette notification regarding the change of name/caste must be produced at the time of certificate verification. 5) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. 6) Probation: Every person appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years from the date of joining duty. 7) Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Only those who submit confirmation will be able to download the admission ticket in the last 15 days before the exam date. 8) Candidates who have Aadhar card should provide it as identity proof in their profile.
