42-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1963 and 01.01.1971 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

1 Master's Degree in any discipline, Professional or Technical, with not less than 50% marks awarded by any of the Universities in Kerala or any other equivalent qualification. 2 Minimum 20 (Twenty) years of Govt. Service of which at least 5 (five) years service in an Administrative post not below the rank of Assistant Director, Vocational Higher Secondary Education Department.

Candidates should obtain a Service Certificate in original from their Head of Office/Department in proof of their service qualifications and should produce the same as and when required by the Commission. The form of Service Certificate is given below. Before applying for the post, candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' through the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' . Those who have registered shall apply by logging in their profile using his/her User- ID and password. No application fee is required. Candidates are responsible to ensure correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password and they shall keep in mind the User ID for further communication with the Commission.
