i) Applicants should have passed Form III (III form) or New VII Standard (VII Standard New) equivalent examination or Vernacular School Leaving Certificate Examination. However, applicants who do not possess the above educational qualifications shall be exempted if they have put in not less than 5 years of service in Kerala Government Service or Private College / Private Engineering College / Private Polytechnic / State Language Institute / Kerala Agricultural University / Aided Schools / Private Ayurveda Colleges as on the last date for receipt of applications. ii) Must be an approved probationer or full member in the post to which qualifications have been prescribed.

i) Applications submitted in violation of the instructions in the notification will summarily be rejected. ii) Candidates who apply for the Eligibility Test shall produce a certificate from the Head of Office / Department showing that the details given in the application are correct along with educational qualification certificates and service certificate at the time of certificate verification directly. No further time will be allowed to produce original certificates. iii) The minimum marks for passing the Eligibility Test conducted by the Commission is fixed at 40%.
