Age Limit
23-41 Only Candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. No other age relaxation will be allowed. Note:- In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But, in no case, the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years.
Qualifications
1) Must possess a degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology of a recognised university with a minimum 55 % marks. 2) Minimum 2 years experience (after acquiring the degree) in a supervisory capacity in a Chemical Industry or Laboratory run by any State Government or Central Government or by any Quasi Government public enterprise.

Note: The above Vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year is published for this post under the same method of appointment. Advice for appointment will be made for the above vacancy and also for the vacancies reported for Special Recruitment from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe during the pendency of the list. Vacancies of the above post reported exclusively for Scheduled Tribes will also be advised from this list and only in the absence of Scheduled Tribe candidates in this list, fresh notification for 'Scheduled Tribes' will be issued for such vacancies. Note:- Applications received from candidates other than Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates will be rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued. Note:- 1. The Degrees / Diplomas awarded by UGC approved Universities or Institutions established through an Act passed by the Parliament/State Legislative Assembly in accordance with the conditions laid down in G.O(M.S) No. 526/PD dated 17.07.1965 are acceptable for appointment in Government Services. 2. Rule 10 (a) (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 3. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government Orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 4. The experience qualification prescribed for appointment shall be acquired after obtaining the basic essential qualification. 5. The genuineness of the Experience certificate shall be subjected to verification and legal action will be taken against those producing bogus certificate. 6. Candidates who claim experience should obtain Experience Certificate in the following format and should enter details in their profile regarding experience (Certificate number, date, name of post, period, issuing authority, name of institution etc.) and upload scanned image of the same before submitting application. Candidates should produce the Certificate before the Commission as and when asked for the same. 8. Training : Persons appointed to this post shall undergo an inservice training for a minimum period of six months from the date of their joining in the Department. The period of inservice training will be counted for the period of probation and increment. 9. Probation: Every person appointed to this post shall be on probation from the date on which he joins duty for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. 10. Tests : Every person appointed to this post shall pass Accounts Test Lower / Account Test Higher or Account Test for Executive officers during the period of probation if he has not already passed the test.
