18-43 Only candidates born between 2.1.1979 and 1.1.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.(Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) of General Conditions)

(i) Any Degree from a recognised University and HDC or JDC OR B.Com with Co-operation OR B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) of the Kerala Agricultural University Note: The candidates who possessed the qualifications HDCM or HDC& BM in lieu of HDC will also be considered for the post.

(i) Separate Ranked lists will be prepared for above District. The Ranked list thus prepared and published by the Commission in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List finalized for the post in the following district or for three years from the date of finalization of the NCA Ranked List, whichever is earlier. (ii) If there is any change in caste/community with respect to the entry in SSLC, then such change is to be published in the gazette notification and the same along with the community certificate/ Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Revenue authorities, are to be produced to prove their claim in application , at the time of One Time Verification or as and when required by the Commission. (iii) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the Community other than those notified will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to such candidates. (iv) All the Qualifications for the post must have been acquired on or before the last date for receipt of application. (v) Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II of KS &SSR will be applicable for this post (vi) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the Notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of Verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification. (vii) Sub Paras 8,9,10,11,12,13 in Para 2 & Para 7 of the General conditions are not applicable to this post. (viii) If a written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidate shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile. Such candidates alone can generate and download the admission tickets in the last 15 days till the date of test. The application of the candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected absolutely.
