18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1988 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.(For other conditions regarding age relaxation please see Para 2 of Part II General Conditions of the Gazette notification.)

1. Plus two (Science) or its equivalent qualification. 2. (a) Diploma in Dialysis Technology course conducted by Director of Medical Education. OR (b) Bachelor's degree in Dialysis Technology course from a recognised University. 3. Two years experience as Dialysis Technician acquired from any Central/State Government Institutions including hospitals in the Defence Sector/Railways/ESI/Autonomous Institutions under Central/State Government. 4. Registration with Kerala Para Medical Council.

The Ranked List of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies if any reported to the Commission during the period of currency of the list. Note :- 4 % of the total vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible Differently Abled Candidates with disabilities as specified vide GO(P) No. 5/2023/SJD dated 01.10.2023. Note (a) : Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Note (b) : In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. Note (c) : Candidates who claim experience qualification should obtain experience certificate in the format given below and enter details regarding experience (certificate number, name of institution, issuing authority, date, period, etc) and upload scanned image of the same in the profile to make submission of application possible. Candidates should produce the experience certificate as and when called for the same by the Commission. Note (d) : The genuineness of the experience certificate shall be subjected to verification and legal action will be taken against those candidates who produce bogus experience certificates.
