18-36; Candidates should be born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation will be given to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities.

a) Post Graduate Degree in Commerce. OR CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) b) Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) of not less than six months duration from a Government recognized institution.

(1) The vacancies shown above are currently existing. The Ranked list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. Provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new ranked list is published after the expiry of the minimum period of one year. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies reported to the Commission during the period of currency of the list. (2) The Kerala Public Service Commission reserves the right to cancel any advice for appointment if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate. However, such termination shall be within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty, whichever is earlier. (3) 3% of the vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates (Hearing Impairment, Low Vision, Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy) as per GO(P)No.1/13/SJD dated 03.01.2013. (4) Probation: The person selected for this post will be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years from the date of joining. (5) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. (6) Candidates must produce Caste Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate and Gazette notification if there is any difference in caste name in SSLC book during verification. (7) Equivalency of qualifications will be considered only if the candidate produces Government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. (8) Candidates who submit false claims regarding education, experience, etc., and fail to appear for the exam after confirmation will be subject to disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure Rule 22. (9) Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31.12.2011 with name and date clearly marked at the bottom. The photo is valid for 10 years. (10) Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. (11) Candidates must provide confirmation for the exam through their profile. Only those who provide confirmation will be issued admission tickets. (12) Aadhaar card must be provided as an identity document in the profile.
