By Transfer Appointment from among the eligible qualified regular Lower Subordinate Service employees (Clerk/ Typist/ Attender/ Office Attender/ Binder) of the General Education Department.

1) Candidates should possess any one of the following Academic and Training qualifications: Academic Qualifications: 1. A Degree in Hindi conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. 2. A Title of Oriental Learning in Hindi conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree). 3. Praveena Examination of the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras with a pass in S.S.L.C Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. 4. Sahithyacharya Examination of Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha with a pass in S.S.L.C Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. Training Qualifications: 1. B.Ed/ B.T/ L.T conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. 2. Language Teacher Training Certificate/ Diploma in Hindi Teacher Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. 3. Any of the following examinations of the Kendriya Hindi Shikshan Mandal, Agra: (1) Hindi Shikshan Praveen (2) Hindi Shikshan Parangat (3) Hindi Shikshan Nishnat 4. Acharya Title of the Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha or Siksha Snatak Degree of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha being recognized as equivalent training qualification (G.O(P) No.331/90/P&ARD dated 2.11.1990). 2) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by Government of Kerala. Exemption: 1. Candidates who have acquired M.A/ M.Ed/ M.Phil/ Ph.D/ NET/ SLET/ SET in the respective subject are exempted from acquiring TET qualification (G.O. (P) No. 145/16/G.Edn. dated 30.08.2016, G.O. (P) No. 206/16/G.Edn. dated 08.12.2016, G.O. (P) No. 15 /2020/G.Edn. dated 09.10.2020). 2. Candidates who have passed CTET primary stage can be exempted from KTET Category I and CTET elementary stage can be exempted from KTET Category II based on the condition in Government Circular No. 1866829/J3/2017/G.Edn. dated 09.03.2018. 3) Must have put in not less than 5 years service as Clerk/ Typist/ Attender/ Office Attender/ Binder in the General Education Department on the date of application.

(i) Applications submitted online through the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in alone will be considered. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. (ii) Vacancies set apart for By Transfer appointment will be filled up from the ranked list prepared for direct recruitment in the absence of qualified persons. (iii) Candidates should be an Approved Probationer/Full Member of the Kerala General Education Subordinate Service on the date of application. (iv) Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for each district. (v) Candidates must apply for appointment in any one district only and should note the name of the district in the specified column of the application. (vi) The selection pursuant to the notification will be subject to the rules framed under G.O.(MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971 regarding communal rotation. (vii) The rules of reservation contained in paras 14 to 17 of Part II of KS&SSR are not applicable to this appointment by transfer. (viii) Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
